Let me tell you a bit about myself.
As a Customer Care Supervisor at Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center Maastricht NV, I lead a team of 10 customer service representatives who provide high-quality multi-channel service to customers across Europe. I have almost six years of experience in customer-facing roles, where I have honed my skills in communication, organization, and teamwork.
Now pursuing an MBA in Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership, I aim to deepen my knowledge and skills in leading and developing others, facilitating change, and driving business transformation.
I am passionate about learning, growing, and challenging myself, as well as helping others achieve their goals. I have a proven track record of stepping out of my comfort zone, adapting to different cultures and environments, and delivering results in competitive and demanding situations.
This MBA has allowed me to schedule my studies around my life and professional commitments.

Whilst I enjoyed my bachelors degree I have really come into my own and flourished as a student here.
Before studying this MBA I was involved in coaching, mentoring and leading individuals in a complaints department with very little theoretical experience.
Now with this course I am able to apply theory to practice and be the best version of myself, whilst coaching, mentoring and leading.
