Let me tell you a bit about myself.
I've worked in the Customer Experience field for over 20 years primarily in the Financial Services and Telecommunications sectors within the Caribbean. I've developed proven expertise in leveraging digital technologies to support customers, improve processes and build superior customer experiences to drive loyalty and improve operational profitability. I lead with a strong passion for contributing towards the success of a corporate enterprise by building genuine customer centricity and earning the right to growth of the customer asset.
The flexibility offered by the program combined with the relevant and current course content make the experience special for me.
