Hi! I'm Paula, a graduate of Robert Kennedy College.
Let me tell you a bit about myself.
My name is Paula Rebeiro, I will be graduating this year after completing my MBA with RKC/York St. John. I have been working in the Human Resources sector for over 22 years and have been a Senior and C-Suite leader for over 15years. I currently run my own business - PR People Services and Executive Coaching, I provide HR and Leadership Coaching services to organisations. As part of this service, I support organisations develop their people strategy including building people and leadership assessments and frameworks across a variety of industries and sectors within Australia. My passion is ensuring organisations have the right leadership and people framework in place to create cohesive teams and generate productive relationships between leaders and their team members. I am currently completing my doctorate in Business Administration so my learning journey continues, supporting my own growth but also equipping me with the knowledge and experience to add value to organisations I partner with across Australia.
My MBA experience was one of the best learning experiences I had. The lecturers, the processes, the support provided to me as a student was second to none. The richness of the course content was enhanced by the interaction with global peers within the program. The most enjoyable part of the program was the residency, whilst we had to do this online due to pandemic the lecturers like George Boak, Greig and Dr Radu who led our residency sessions made the experience unique, engaging, beneficial for submitting the final thesis. So much effort was made post the residency to support us students to achieve our goal. I would highly recommend this program and these two universities to any potential student. You will not be disappointed by the course work, the experience, the lecturers and the interaction with your peer group of students.
