Hi! I'm Vian, a graduate of Robert Kennedy College.
Let me tell you a bit about myself.
I am Vian Taher from Iraq with 20+ years work experience in HR in which 15 years within managerial levels. I am experienced executive with different roles in HR Management & Leadership.
My skills and experience encompass HR leadership & Strategy, Talent Acquisition & Management,
PMS, employee relation ER, compensation & benefits, training delivery in different subjects and
continue on being trainer even with leadership positions I held, driving change initiatives and risk
management, and I am a highly commercial leader with excellent negotiation and analytical skills and
the confidence to make tough decisions and ensure their successful implementation. Leading DEI, WE, Disability and BEWELL programs.
I am a women of diverse with long career with UN, NGOs, Retail and Telecom sectors.
When I decided to have Master degree within my specialisation, I checked different programs but finally decided to go with RKC.
The experience was very special as I have been introduced to a diverse community with different backgrounds, nationalities, genders, cultures, religions and more. in each session, I have learned more. All the Professors were very supportive and when it comes to the dissertation Supervisor, I was so delighted dealing with such professional person.
