Let me tell you a bit about myself.
Throughout my 18-year career, I have thrived in the dynamic landscapes of IT, telecom, online gaming and betting, luminaires, and retail/apparel industries, establishing myself as an accomplished Senior Director in Strategic Delivery Management. My journey has been defined by a passion for driving business transformation, developing initiatives, and enhancing process efficiency to achieve impactful outcomes and bolster the bottom line.
I excel in leading and building high-performance teams, managing complex programs and projects from their inception through to successful execution. My expertise in PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies ensures continuous improvement and the effective establishment of business processes. I am recognized for my leadership in strategic workforce management, vendor management, and my commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
My strong commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation is fueled by my keen interest in technology, DevOps practices, and sustainable solutions. I have demonstrated excellence in relationship management, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and managing cross-cultural teams across more than 20 countries, showcasing my ability to navigate and unify diverse teams towards common objectives.

1. Having the possibility to work with renowned and experienced professors who bring it their theoretical and practical experience was a great advantage.
2. Having the possibility to meet colleagues and peers in the MBA from different countries, industries, cultures who could bring such a diverse perspective on what we were learning. The Forums for each course also helped a lot.
3. Having the possibility to study the latest theories on strategic management, sustainable marketing, organizational behavior and design as well as leadership versus management was a great experience for me. I can use this in my day to day job and helps me find new innovative ways to manage and lead my teams.
