Hi! I'm Bineta, a graduate of Robert Kennedy College.
Let me tell you a bit about myself.
Ten years ago, I created my coaching firm after having spent 17 years in various companies. I was able to identify the needs in coaching in order to offer my services in this sense. I work with private companies, state organizations and individuals in my country and the sub-region. I approach both personal development and organizational coaching.
I am originally from SENEGAL, a French speaking country. I mention this because one might think at first that this kind of training might not be suitable for us because of the language barrier. However, with a decent level of English, I was able to follow my courses and obtain my MBA in Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership.
The fact that the courses are online was one of the reasons I chose to enroll and I was not disappointed with the quality and flexibility. I was also seduced by the level of requirements, the framework that encourages openness to others and the exchange between students of different backgrounds and nationalities. I have been enriched and improved enormously.
I would advice students to visit forums because they bring precious answers and informations that can guide them preciously.
