Hi! I'm Zoe, a student of Robert Kennedy College.
Let me tell you a bit about myself.
My name is Zoe Hollowell Dodge, I am from the UK, but I live in Vietnam with my family.
I have spent 34 years in the Footwear industry, working for most of the major sports shoe companies, including Nike, Adidas and Reebok.
I now work for a sustainable footwear 'start up' from San Francisco where I head the region, and am VP of production.
I am a passionate leader, and advocate for female leadership, I am an honorary trade leader, and free'man' of the city of London, for services to the industry. I have an MBA (from RKC) with Artificial Intelligence and am currently studying got a DBA at the University of Cumbria.
I entered into my MBA studies just prior to the almost global shut down due to Covid-19. My MBA cohort kept me connected to the world during a very uncertain time, and enabled me time to immerse myself in understanding a subject very important to me (leadership), but also enabled me to connect virtually with likeminded students around the world keeping connected at a time when every way of working came into question. I am a better leader and more empathetic leader due to my learning from my cohort.
